16,17,18 october 2015 Tokyo Bjyutsu Club (Tokyo, Japan) / booth : Yamashita Gallery http://www.toobi.co.jp *A new works "Bifröst series" of Akira KUGIMACHI will be exhibited at Tobi Art Fair 2015 in the booth of Gallery YAMASHITA Tokyo. (Tobi Art Fair presents 112 galleries featuring the great names from old masters to contemporary Japanese art.) "Bifröst" means rainbow in northern mythology, which means "bridge between life and death". Akira painted two rainbow on each paintings which form themselves a series of 10 colors rainbows.
